A leading property developer with a diverse portfolio is seeking a Contracts & Commercial Executive. You will play a key role in ensuring that all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) goods and services are procured efficiently, costeffectively, and in compliance with organizational standards. Centrally located in Singapore
Your new role
- Managing endtoend procurement activities for M&E categories, including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor selection
- Preparing, reviewing, and administering contracts, purchase orders, and tender documents
- Evaluating suppliers on quality, reliability, pricing, and service performance
- Supporting project teams on procurement timelines to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitoring contract performance, variations, and compliance with organizational policies
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure procurement needs are met
- Maintaining accurate procurement records and ensuring adherence to audit requirements
What you'll need to succeed
- A Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline
- At least 4 years of experience in procurement, contracts administration, or M&E-related functions
- Ideally, someone from the main contractor
- Strong understanding of M&E materials, services, or industry practices
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive team player with a positive working attitude
