Job Responsibilities
. Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure cleaning standards are met.
. Inspect patient rooms, public areas, equipment and ensure timely follow-up of cleaning tasks.
. Supervise and guide housekeeping staff and conduct training where required.
. Monitor work schedules, manpower deployment and project cleaning activities.
. Support quality assurance initiatives, inventory control and vendor performance.
. Provide updates and reports to the management team.
. Assist in planning, rostering and administrative duties
. Conduct staff meetings and support departmental improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma (Preferably Hospitality).
. At least 2 years of experience in hospitality/housekeeping.
. Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
