Coordinate with 3PL partners on all logistics arrangements and issues for inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery. Prepare sales orders and billing for Singapore consignment business.
Perform monthly reconciliation of consignment stock with Singapore distributors and e-commerce partners. Monitor, coordinate, and execute inventory transactions within the ERP system.
Process and follow up on customer purchase orders across the APAC region, including invoicing, credit notes, and verification of PO pricing. Highlight discrepancies to the sales team and liaise with finance to ensure timely payment completion.
Maintain accurate shipping records and provide tracking details or shipment history to customers upon request.
Ensure all shipping documentation and regulatory approvals are properly prepared prior to product shipment.
Generate regular reports for internal stakeholders and external customers, including inventory status and weekly sales reports.
Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning, distribution, or operations management.
Familiar with export documentation and Letter of Credit (LC) payment processes.
