Junior Contract and Claims Management Professional

• Contract position: 24 months (potential to extend)
• Based in Singapore

Junior Contract and Claims Management Professional on a contract basis for a market leading MNC energy business. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate!

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update contract registers, obligations, deliverables, and milestones; ensure timely notifications.
• Assist in drafting clear and concise contractual correspondence in English.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, and Site teams to consolidate inputs.
• Collect and organize facts and documentation for contractual and commercial claim analysis.
• Support the development of claims narratives, quantification, and supporting evidence.
• Monitor costs, risks, and opportunities; maintain commercial tracking tools.
• Prepare meeting minutes, follow-ups, and ensure documentation quality.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in contract administration, commercial support, or claims handling, including analysis of contract terms and conditions.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in the energy sector (O&G, power generation, EPC/EPCM) is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to draft contractual letters and interpret contract clauses.
