Location: Bukit Batok, WEST

Commitment: Till 31st March 2026

Duration: Start Work Sep Onwards

Working Hours:

- 5.5 days week, Monday to Saturday

- Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm

- Saturday 8.00am to 12.30pm

Job Scope:

. Welcome and orientate visitors/patients upon arrival at the lobby.

. Assist visitors/patients with online pre-registration and checking in at the self-help kiosks and entry gantries, as well as checking out at the exit gantries.

. Ensure crowd control and proper queue management at the self-help kiosks and monitor human traffic flow at the entry gantries, to avoid tailgating instances.

. Assist visitors/patients with way-finding around the hospital premises.

. Ensure that cleanliness, safety and conditions of equipment used at waiting area, self-help kiosks and gantries are well maintained and functioning

. Handling of enquiries or feedback from the visitors/patients

. Conduct checks of the waiting area and toilets at L1 ensuring that they are clean and their amenities are well stocked, maintained and in working condition.

. Welcome and orientate public upon arrival at sheltered car porch / lobby.

. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Customer service / patient fronting experience
