Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage the complexity of a global supply chain with multiple stakeholders and locations
- Balance long production cycle times with highly volatile markets and high flexibility demands from customers
- Create and adapt production programs for worldwide production sites
- Monitor, digitalize, and automate delivery commitments for your products from production sites worldwide (frontend and backend)
- Full global responsibility for inventory management of work in progress and in warehouses
- Optimize, digitalize, and automate delivery processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction in close collaboration with global customer logistics management (CLM)
- Serve as a point of contact for CLM, Sales, and Marketing regarding product inquiries and availability
- Drive and implement allocation decisions in the event of supply shortages in collaboration with Customer Logistics (CLM), affected sites and Product Marketing
- Drive task forces to address logistical topics
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Have successfully completed a university degree in Business Administration (with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or Logistics), or a similar field particularly extensive subject-specific additional qualification
- Ideally, have extensive experience in Infineon logistics or supply chain management and experience in a manufacturing company
- Possess a strong affinity for data analysis and evaluation, combined with a cost-conscious mindset
- In-depth knowledge of Infineon Supply Chain Tools, systems and processes and high ambition to continuously optimize delivery processes
- 6+ years relevant working experience
- Strong intercultural communication skills to unite different perspectives and leverage creative potential.
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills
