Job Description:
- Maintain systems and processes to ensure compliance with JCI, ISO standards and relevant healthcare regulations
- Plan and conduct internal quality audits and support departments in meeting accreditation requirements
- Manage content and data in IT systems to align with JCI/ISO documentation standards
- Track and update all hospital licenses and maintain the legal register
- Work with stakeholders to support MOH Hospital License renewal and compliance activities
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in any discipline with 2 years of experience
- Highly organised, independent, and meticulous
- Strong interpersonal skills able to engage staff at all levels
- Experience in healthcare quality, JCI/ISO standards, audit, compliance, or data protection is an advantage
