Contract - Senior Equipment Engineer - 1 year - Responsible to setup & drive effective indicators such as OEE, UDT, MTBA, MTBF, FPY, PM Fulfillment, etc.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible to setup & drive effective indicators such as OEE, UDT, MTBA, MTBF, FPY, PM Fulfillment, etc.
- Overall responsibility for production readiness of new Test Cell system including test hardware & product qualification
- Drive preventive maintenance (PM) systematic & compliance to perform regular PM, troubleshooting and repair of equipment to ensure to ensure safety, high availability & reliability
- Analyze parts usage & life span to ensure optimum machine performance & drive cost effective PM program by managing Operating Supply and PM cost within budget
- Drive continuous improvement projects to contribute to the overall Segment performance in productivity (NLoP) and Quality (NLoZD).
- Perform data analysis using appropriate statistical tools to analyze & understand trends, deviations and take actions to rectify and re-validate.
- Implement control plans such as APC & Out of Control action plans to monitor and manage deviations.
- Strategize & Plan machine overhaul & reconditioning based on need and usage
- Develop equipment specifications to BM next generation or 2nd source equipment/tools
- Develop equipment and tools work instruction & manage training for operator, technician and engineer as required
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Min 3 - 5 years of experiences in final test equipment in semiconductor industry
- Experience in Tri temp IC Test Handler Eg. Delta Matrix/Advantest M48xx series is preferred
- Good knowledge in applying problem-solving and analysis tool, e.g., 8D,5 whys, QC tool
- Technically sound and strong desire to build up technical competency
- Passionate in problem solving and hands on
- Project management experience and proactive communicator to provide timely update to various stakeholder
