Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and propose solutions for EHS needs (air, wastewater, ergonomics, hazardous materials).
Ensure site compliance with EHS goals, programs, and regulations.
Support new process/product introduction with EHS expertise.
Investigate incidents and recommend preventive actions.
Conduct internal EHS inspections and audits.
Develop, update, and deliver EHS training programs.
Liaise with government agencies on EHS matters.
Act as back-up emergency incident commander or safety officer when required.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor's Degree with min. 4 years of EHS experience.
Registered Safety Officer (RSO) certification required.
Strong knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and local safety regulations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Team player with good leadership and influencing abilities.
