Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Solution Leadership
Partner with large enterprise and FSI clients in Singapore and ASEAN to understand business and technical needs and lead the design of end-to-end solutions spanning software, cloud, SI, and professional services. - Pre-sales Team Management
Lead, mentor, and grow a regional pre-sales team, ensuring high-quality technical deliverables (proposals, SOWs, architectural blueprints, demos, and PoCs) across multiple concurrent opportunities. - Opportunity Conversion
Drive the technical close of complex, high-value deals-from initial discovery and solution shaping to proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiation support. - Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with HQ product lines, central solution architect teams, delivery leaders, and engineering to align solution capabilities with client requirements and ensure a seamless transition from sales to delivery. - Innovation & AI Integration
Champion the use of AI innovations (e.g., AI-assisted development, AI-first DevOps) in application scenarios and software development, helping clients leverage modern AI capabilities within their enterprise architecture and custom solutions. - Regional Strategy & Growth
Support sales leadership in defining go-to-market strategies for ASEAN, identifying technical differentiators, and building repeatable pre-sales assets and methodologies.
Required:
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on, client-facing solution architecture and pre-sales experience.
- Strong software engineering background (design, development, deployment of enterprise software)
- Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, public/hybrid cloud (HWC, Ali Cloud, Tencent Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, or equivalent)
- Prior experience in a system integrator, consulting firm, or enterprise software vendor.
