Jobs Responsibilities
- Support the full policy servicing function for life insurance including processing customer service requests
- Lead and guide the policy servicing team while being accountable for performance delivery against SLAs and turnaround targets
- Uphold regulatory compliance and internal policy standards across all servicing and premium management processes
- Act as subject matter expert for policy servicing and premium management during product launches and system enhancements
- Review and streamline servicing workflows
- Handle complex service issues and customer complaints engage stakeholders to drive fair outcomes and proper resolution
- Review and sign off business requirements perform UAT liaise with external partners for operational matters including system migrations
Job Requirements
- Experience in life / investment linked policy servicing is a must
- Experience in projects and business requirements review experience
