Job Description

Manage and support OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms.
Monitor system performance, security, and availability.
Perform installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
Support CI/CD and automation processes using DevOps tools.
Work with cloud and container technologies to support applications and infrastructure.
Investigate and resolve technical issues and system incidents.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stable and reliable platform operations.
Maintain technical documentation and follow operational best practices.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Strong experience with installation, management and upgrade of Openshift clusters.
Good Knowledge on Docker and container technologies.
Experience/Familiarity with cloud computing services: Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS)
Experience with architecting highly scalable and highly available systems
Experience with setting up monitoring, logging and managing backups of an Openshift/Kubernetes platform.
Driving and implementing automation of tasks
Good experience with Openshift/Kubernetes security, storage, networking and RBAC.
Owning and executing on RCA and post-mortem actions
Exposure to infrastructure and platform capabilities - container, middleware, messaging, routing components
Demonstrable analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to contribute to, and balance delivery against, multiple projects/demands simultaneously
