We are outsourcing for contract planners for Biotech MNCs

6-Month Contract Planner

Location: Woodlands
Company transport provided (Admiralty/Woodlands bus pickup)

Salary Range:

• Diploma: $2,400 - $2,600
• Degree: $3,000 - $3,200

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth production and inventory flow. Main responsibilities include:

Production & Material Planning

• Schedule and release manufacturing orders
• Track production progress, resolve backlogs, and support rework processes

Inventory Management

• Plan and monitor stock levels of finished goods, raw materials, and WIP
• Review and manage excess or slow-moving stock

Order Fulfillment & Quality Support

• Advise Customer Service on stock availability
• Work with QC and cross-functional teams on product approvals and NCR follow-ups

Operations Support

• Prepare reports and maintain ERP data
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Science or Business related fields
• Min 1 year or some prior internship experience from biotech/pharma manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of MRP II and Microsoft Excel preferred
• Resourceful, decisive, and strong problem-solving skills

Work Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• May require flexibility for occasional after-hours support
