Location: Islandwide Pickup | Healthcare Industry
Salary: Up to $3,000/month (benefits provided)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:30am - 5:30pm
Training Provided

Job Scope:
. Handle customer enquiries, orders, and feedback via hotline and email
. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
. Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution
. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service flow
. Maintain customer records and generate reports as required
. Provide excellent customer service and uphold quality standards

Requirements:
. Minimum Nitec and above
. Strong Customer Service / Call Centre experience required
. Experience in order processing preferred - must be meticulous
. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
