We are seeking Contract Patient Service Associate to be outsourced to various healthcare organizations across Singapore!

Job Description:

• Promote patient self-help and self-care through education and use of mobile apps
• Plan and coordinate healthcare programs with vendors (logistics, scheduling)
• Support daily clinic operations (registration, appointment booking, referrals, payments)
• Conduct basic health screenings (height, weight, blood pressure)
• Handle patient queries and make follow-up calls
• Provide general administrative support

Job Requirements:

• GCE N/O/A, NITEC qualification, Diploma
• Team player with service excellence mindset
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
