Contract Patient Account Officer HYNA

We are hiring a Contract Patient Account Officer to support billing and cashiering operations within a hospital business office.

Salary: Up to $2,600/month
Contract: 1 year
Working Hours: 5-day work week | 42 hours/week

Job Responsibilities

• Handle patient billing, cashiering and payment collection.
• Process discharge bills accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow up on billing queries, disputes and discounts.
• Respond to billing enquiries via email and phone.

Requirements

• Prior billing, cashiering or administrative experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable handling patient billing information.
