Location: Woodlands
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM (5-day work week may require weekend work)
Contract: 3-6 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Maintenance & Management: Plan preventive maintenance, monitor efficiency and lifespan of facilities, and design SOPs for resident and staff safety.
- Vendor Management: Liaise and supervise external vendors for security, landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, meals, laundry, etc. Conduct inspections to ensure contractual and safety compliance.
- Equipment & Technology Management: Track biomedical, rehab, and gym equipment servicing manage IT matters and liaise with HQ MIS.
- Operations Reporting: Prepare statistics, management reports, and maintain maintenance documentation.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and assist in Technology & Innovation or Quality Improvement projects.
- Perform any other duties as assigned, including voluntary attendance outside normal hours if needed.
Requirements:
- Min. Degree / Diploma in Building, Estates Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years (Degree) or 6 years (Diploma) operations experience healthcare setting experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Willing to work weekends if required.
