Duties:
- Review and approve QC testing documentation, laboratory records, SOPs, investigations, and reports while ensuring GMP, QMS, ALCOA+, and data integrity compliance.
- Perform and oversee microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, sterility, bioburden, and raw material/finished product testing to support quality assurance.
- Investigate non-conformances, OOS results, CAPAs, and laboratory issues, driving root cause analysis and continuous process improvements.
- Maintain laboratory equipment through calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure laboratory readiness for product transfers and site initiatives.
- Support audits, regulatory inspections, stability studies, performance reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet quality and compliance objectives.
- Provide training, coaching, and technical guidance to laboratory personnel while planning testing activities and supporting day-to-day laboratory operations.
