YOUR ROLE
This position resides in the outsourcing supply chain organization in STMicroelectronics and the purpose of the role is to manage all legal agreements and contracts with ST legal, external suppliers or parties as required.
Job Description
Contract Management
- Collaborate with ST internal customers, ST legal and external parties or suppliers to review, make recommendation and finalization of legal agreements. The responsibility involves liaising, negotiating, alignment and closure of the agreements with these parties, as well as highlighting the potential risks or liabilities to stakeholders for their awareness and approval.
- Implement and maintain procedures and best practices for confidential contractual records maintenance and policies rollout
- Conduct financial analysis of suppliers or any entities as required by GOBM for the purpose of understanding their financial strengths or liabilities on a regular basis.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Diploma, Associate or Bachelor degree in legal/paralegal studies
- 2 - 5 years relevant experience (Bachelor degree), 5 yrs for Diploma, Associate degree
- Self-starter and driven personality, able to anticipate future needs
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work well under pressure with an eye for detail
- Analytical and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
