Position: Contract Manager - Police Psychological Services Department (PPSD)
Employment Type: Contract (1 year)
Salary Range: $3,880 - $4,816 per month - A good degree in any discipline with relevant working experience.
Location: Irrawaddy Road

Working hours :Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Saturdays : Day Off
Lunch : 1 hour

Job Description:
The Manager will be part of the Police Psychological Services Department(PPSD), Singapore Police Force (SPF), for a contractual period of one year. Asa manager, you will be primarily involved in supporting the outreach, communications, and business processes automation.

Roles and Responsibilities:
a. Assist in conceptualising and coordinating the PPSD outreach campaign and efforts.
b. Providing operational and administrative support pertaining to the outreach efforts, e.g., involved in primary staffing work, preparing communications broadcasts and emails to engage stakeholders and officers.
c. Monitoring and ensuring the deliverables such as creative content and outreach materials and activities meet required standards and specifications.
d. Serving as the main point of contact for external vendors and internal stakeholders, streamlining communication and minimising misalignment of requirements.
e. Analysing business workflows and identifying opportunities for automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
f. Staying up to date with the latest automation tools, AI solutions, and software platforms that can enhance the outreach efforts and beyond.
g. Evaluating different automation technologies for suitability, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
h. Collaborating with stakeholders to map out and design automated workflows that meet operational needs.
i. Any other responsibilities required from the contract manager.

Competencies, Skills and Knowledge:

• A good degree in any discipline
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital tools like mobile platforms, AI, interactive e-learning, etc.
• Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) are essential
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys working in team settings
• Self-motivated, takes initiative and able to work independently
• Well-organised, with strong process management skills and an ability to establish priorities
