Looking for Contract Manager. Must be good in tender and contracts.
Job Description
- Involve in managing and reporting of project budget & cost control
- Responsible in Post-Contracts administration for both the Main Contract and Subcontracts
- Monitor all financial aspects of the projects to ensure projects run according to budget
- Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers and contractors on certification of claims for payment
- Be familiar with various stages of projects so as to source for the most viable yet reasonable priced materials
- Able to share new perspectives on cost, orders and claims
- Well verse in Architectural and C&S costing.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering, Architectural.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in tendering, estimating and measurement of quantities on projects
- Candidates with knowledge in Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Conditions of Contract, REDAS, FIDIC, FIDIC Short Form of Contracts
