Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and financial management of projects.
- Manage procurement, budgets, cash flow, valuations, variations and claims.
- Oversee contract administration, EOTs and final accounts.
- Monitor commercial risks, costs and project profitability.
- Lead and develop the QS team.
- Support tenders and provide commercial input.
- Prepare commercial reports and ensure contract compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- 5+ years commercial management experience in fitting-out/construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing QS teams.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, cost control and commercial strategy.
- Able to lead and manage a team effectively.
