Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate, draft, and review contract terms with clients, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Administer contracts end-to-end, advising on extensions, claims, variations, and loss/expense matters.
- Guide project teams on contractual compliance and procedures to minimize risks.
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies, with expertise in PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA, and SOP Act.
- Resolve disputes collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Prepare contract documents, agreements, and dispute correspondence.
- Handle ad-hoc duties as required.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Contract Law, or equivalent.
- About 10 years in construction contract management, preferably in M&E projects.
Preferred Skills
- Proven track record in claims resolution and risk advisory.
- Strong negotiation and documentation abilities.
- Familiarity with BCA regulations and ISO standards.
