CONTRACT MANAGER - CIVIL CONSTRUCTION

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration & review of procurement & contract management;
• Review contract documents and providing cost estimates on tenders;
• Prepare & monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track variations & adjust budget projections accordingly;
• Oversee & manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim;
• Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim
• Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentations;

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or relevant
• Relevant experience as a Contract Manager
• Proficient in Chinese to coordinator with Chinese speaking counterparts
