. Coordinate with project,design, and procurement teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and tendersubmissions.
. Negotiate with clients,consultants, and subcontractors to secure favorable contract terms.
. Ensure compliance withlegal, contractual, and company policies.
. Provide strategic adviceto senior management on tendering strategies and cost control.
Job Requirements:
. Degree in QuantitySurveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
. Minimum 8 years'experience in contract management/tendering within the construction industry.
