Contract Manager

As a Contract Manager (Construction), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in managing the full tender and bidding lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to final submission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, evaluate, and integrate all required information for tender proposals
• Estimation of costing using first-principles, bottom-up methodologies.
• Track tender outcomes and drive continuous improvements in the bidding process.
• Mentor and support junior members within the tender team.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects
