- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5.25 Days, Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm), Alternate Sat (9am - 1pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in all matters related to contracts and commercial management.
- Analyze cost estimates and tenders, oversee contract execution, and provide expert advice to project teams on contractual issues.
- Handle tender submissions, contract variations, progress billing, and approval of payments to subcontractors.
- Organize and compile all contractual documents and timelines, while assisting in cost estimation, technical specifications, quantity schedules, and other bidding components.
- Handle resolution of contractual disputes across various projects, from initial tendering through to final completion.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, develop pricing strategies, and submit competitive tenders.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with on-site project teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

- Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.
- Self-motivated, independent and able to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
- Well-versed in procurement strategies and planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships.
