Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Management Specialist to establish and oversee governance frameworks for contract lifecycle management. This role drives adherence to standardized contract governance across business units, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate should possess legal acumen, operational discipline, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement governance policies for contract initiation, review, approval, and archiving.
Ensure contracts are in place before any commercial engagement or service delivery begins.
Coordinate with legal to ensure contracts are reviewed and approved prior to BU execution.
Obtain significant revenue contracts, order forms and statements of works for each service line.
Collect and upload contract documentation by service line, region, legal entity and customer to contract repository.
Maintain a centralized contract repository and tracking system for visibility and audit readiness.
Manage user access and permissions for contract repository.
Support internal audits and regulatory reviews by providing contract documentation and governance evidence.
Educate internal teams on contract protocols, approval workflows, and escalation paths.
Monitor contract compliance with internal policies and escalate deviations or risks appropriately.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in legal studies, Business Administration or a related field.
. Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, audit, compliance, or a related role.
. Familiarity with commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and procurement terms.
. Strong attention to detail, integrity and accountability.
. Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point).
. Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese as the role will need to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
