A well-established multinational company in the engineering and infrastructure industry is seeking an Assistant Officer, Business Administration in logistics and shipping operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices and shipping documents for overseas customers and ensure accuracy of all records
- Verify shipment details and maintain proper documentation for all transactions
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shippers, consignees and internal teams on shipment arrangements
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely processing and smooth delivery of shipments
- Arrange transportation between warehouse, vendor warehouse and site or installation teams
- Maintain records of stock movement, warehouse storage and dispatch activities
- Support export documentation, billing processes and shipment coordination
- Assist in inventory tracking and system updates for warehouse operations
- Liaise with logistics partners to resolve operational or shipment issues
Job Requirements:
- Min. Nitec or equivalent qualification
- Experience in logistics, shipping, warehouse or administrative coordination preferred
- Forklift license will be an advantage
