Contract Logistics & Inventory Officer #JTL

Warehouse & Store Coordination

. Manage weekly distribution from the warehouse to Singapore stores.
Coordinate store returns (merchandise & non-merchandise) back to the warehouse.

. Raise weekly replenishment orders with Merchandising.

. Process delighting item and packaging orders upon request.

. Provide weekly delivery status updates to Retail Operations and Merchandising.

Inventory & Stock Integrity

. Coordinate weekly cycle counts with stores and Retail Operations.

Regional Logistics & Compliance

. Manage stock rebalancing and transfers across SG, VN, AU, and NZ.

. Monitor incoming shipments for SG, AU, NZ retail stores.

Requirements

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

. Experience in SAP S/4 HANA (FIORI) is a plus but not a must training provided.

. Basic knowledge of retail operations and logistics workflows.

. Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise, and work well under pressure.
