Job Description:
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to warehouse and customers
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against delivery documentation
- Prepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload delivery vehicles in a safe and timely manner
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock management systems
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of goods
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts where licensed
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and report hazards
- Assist in route planning and delivery scheduling where required
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages
- Support returns processing and reverse logistics procedures
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams
