Contract HVAC Engineer - Pharma/ WEST #HHL

Working location: Tuas
Working hour: :8am - 5pm (Mon - Fri) - 24/7 standby required
Salary: Up to 6000 per month
Contract duration: 3 months convertible

Job Scope:

• Oversee facilities & utilities (HVAC, M&E systems) in GMP environment
• Lead maintenance, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory standards
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and site operations

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Min. 5-8 years facilities/engineering experience (GxP required)
• Has Strong HVAC and M&E knowledge
• Team management + budget experience
