Job Responsibilities (Training & HR Support):
Local Training Administration
- Collect and collate course nominations
- Process training applications
- Confirm training details with staff
- Raise payment requests for course fees and reimbursements
- Monitor course attendance and follow-up actions
- Track submission of training forms, certificates, and results
- Prepare training materials and assist with programme coordination
- Set up in-house training venues
- Assist with funding/claim applications
Learning Management System (LMS) Maintenance
- Update training catalogue and staff training records
- Record learning history upon completion
- Generate monthly training reports and other reports as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- HR internship or HR experience required
- Comfortable with 7 days of annual leave per year
