Contract Executive, Financial Counselling HJO

Job Responsibilities

• Provide financial counselling to patients and their family members, helping them understand treatment costs and make informed financial decisions.
• Monitor patient deposits and facilitate collection of out-of-pocket payments where required.
• Obtain necessary medical claims authorisation documentation to ensure adequate coverage of hospital bills.
• Support daily operational coordination, including workload distribution and ward allocation.
• Assist in updating training materials and supporting financial counselling refresher sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Diploma, A-Level, NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in patient service, customer service, healthcare administration or financial counselling is preferred.
