Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Contract Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in marine construction and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for contract administration, claims management, cost control, and ensuring contractual compliance throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer marine construction contracts.
- Review contract terms, variations, claims, and payment applications.
- Prepare and evaluate contractual correspondence and documentation.
- Support project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
- Monitor project costs and assist with dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in contract administration, with a strong background in marine works.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
