Job Responsibilities:
- Review electrical engineering drawings, technical specifications, and consultant submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations
- Evaluate electrical system designs including power distribution, emergency power, UPS, lighting, and building management systems to support healthcare operations
- Identify design gaps, technical issues, and coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve them
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and mechanical teams to ensure integrated project delivery
- Support testing, commissioning, and validation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with operational requirements
- Participate in project handover activities, defect inspections, and rectification management during the defects liability period
- Maintain accurate project documentation including submissions, approvals, test reports, and as-built records
- Support technical evaluations, grant submissions, and infrastructure planning for specialised healthcare systems
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Good knowledge of Singapore electrical regulations, building codes, and healthcare infrastructure requirements
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a project environment
