Key Responsibilities

. Gather and translate business requirements into data deliverables.

. Perform statistical and performance-related analysis with validation checks.

. Develop dashboards/reports in Power BI or Qlik.

. Support ETL processes and manage data in Snowflake.

. Provide ad-hoc data pulls for various business units.

Requirements

. 2-4 years experience in BA, data operations, or analytics (financial services/fintech preferred).

. Skilled in SQL (Snowflake), Excel, Power BI/Qlik.

. Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills (Jira, Confluence).

. Knowledge of AWS services would be advantageous.
