We are assisting our client in hiring a meticulous and organized Contract Data & SharePoint Administrator to support their APAC Commercial Aviation - Application & Connectivity team.
This role will focus on the migration and management of commercial documents, including proposals, contracts, and amendments, from existing network drives to SharePoint. In addition, the incumbent will support the development and maintenance of a centralized Contract Register to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key contract data.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, clean, and migrate contract and proposal documents from shared drives to SharePoint
- Apply consistent file naming conventions and maintain structured folder systems
- Tag and classify documents with appropriate metadata to ensure ease of retrieval
- Support the setup and maintenance of a centralized Contract Register (Excel or SharePoint list)
- Extract and record key contract details (e.g. customer name, contract value, start/end dates, contract owner)
- Perform data validation checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Track migration progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Assist with documentation, process standardization, and handover preparation
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry, document control, business support, or administrative roles
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Able to work independently and follow structured processes
