12m + 1m completion bonus
Salary: Up to 5300 base
Tuas, No transport allowance but there is company bus from Boon Lay, Jurong east, CCK, Outram, Bedok MRT
Mon-Fri 8.15-5.00pm
- Lead and manage the customer service team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent
service delivery.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's
objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistic, and planning, to align customer service
strategies with business objectives and support company growth.
- Oversee the order management process, including order entry, processing, and shipment, to ensure accurate and
timely delivery of products to customers.
- Complaints Management. Resolve escalated customer/ sales complaints and issues, coordinating with internal
departments (such as production, logistics, and quality control) to identify solutions and implement corrective
actions.
- Analyze customer service metrics and KPIs, generate reports, and present findings to management, highlighting
areas for improvement and implementing action plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and data protection policies, maintaining accurate
customer records and ensuring data security
