Responsibilities:
- Responsible for engaging and convincing existing Commercial Property Loan customers to take up the repricing package.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory property financing guidelines. Must be able to cross refer and sell of other bank products.
- Work independently and take ownership of issues, handle customers queries professionally and efficiently with the ability to retain huge amount of product and service knowledge.
- To be customer centric, be able to identify areas for process improvements, and work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma holder with relevant experience
- Good interpersonal skill and objection handling.
- Possess a customer excellence mindset, consistently prioritizing customer satisfaction and quality service
- Good problem-solving skills, meticulous and a keen eye for details
- Mature, meticulous, well-organised, takes initiative, able to work independently and in a team.
- Fast in learning and picking up commercial property knowledge and regulatory requirement.
- Knowledge of commercial property lending will be an added advantage.
