About the Role

3-Month Contract | Talent Development
Salary Range: S$3,500 - S$5,000 per month
Location: Central Singapore
Work Schedule: 5-day work week (42 hours per week)

We are seeking a proactive and organised Talent Development professional to support the administration and delivery of scholarship and fellowship programmes for healthcare professionals. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to workforce development initiatives that help nurture future leaders and specialists within the healthcare sector.

You will be involved in managing programme administration, coordinating selection processes, supporting funding initiatives, and organising recognition events for scholarship and fellowship recipients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, administration, and execution of scholarship and fellowship programmes for healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate application, selection, evaluation, and approval processes for programme candidates.
  • Facilitate claims processing and ensure proper governance and documentation of programme activities.
  • Assist in funding and resource planning to support scholarship and fellowship initiatives.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme implementation and administration.
  • Monitor programme timelines and maintain accurate records and reporting.
  • Coordinate communications with applicants, award recipients, and stakeholders.
  • Organise and manage logistics for scholarship and fellowship-related events, including annual award ceremonies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and programme updates for management.


Requirements

  • Min. degree in any discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in programme administration, talent development, learning & development, HR, education, events management, or related functions.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Executive position.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines concurrently.
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
