Job Description & Requirements
- As the Subject Matter Expert for contract related matters, act as the first point of contact for the customer and business partners with respect to outsourcing vendors and project related sourcing
- Collaborate with the management and/or project teams, to facilitate the execution of successful contract negotiations
- Provide professional insights and/or pragmatic solutions during negotiations
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of the contracts in the Singapore office
- Render assistance in circumstances where the agreement is drafted by the project teams
- Implement contract management processes, maintain the contract registry and its physical repository
- Manage and be accountable for contract inventory while working closely with business units to ensure that all contracts are maintained and up-to-date
- Report to Management on the status and progress of contracts in a timely manner
- Reach out to relevant parties to negotiate for renewal and extension
- Work with project teams, business units, management and head office to facilitate regular reviews to ensure that contract terms and conditions adhere to regulatory requirement and corporate policies.
- Assist in the liaison between internal and external parties for any contract related matters.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution with min. 5-7 years of related work experience
- Proven relevant working experience in projects and vendor management contracts
- Familiar with industry practices and to ensure that the agreement fulfils the commercial and statutory requirements
- Experience as IT PMO or with experience in IT service agreements, and strong understanding of IT trends and implications on business
- Working experience in Banking& Financial industry is added advantage, with in-depth knowledge of MAS Notices and Guidelines, including but not limited to Guidelines on Outsourcing Risk Management
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent contract management and documentation skills.
