A leading community healthcare provider is seeking an Administrative Executive (Business Development) to support corporate clients and ensure smooth service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with corporate clients (companies using medical services such as health screening, medical consultations, and employee healthcare services) to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure all client requests are fulfilled
Maintain and update account database records and prepare reports
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for pre- and post-account servicing to support successful execution and implementation for clients
Handle enquiries, resolve issues and track service processes
Provide administrative and operational support
