Job Description

We are hiring admin assistant to be outsourced to our clients

Job responsibilities:

  • Coordinate unit handover and key collection appointments with purchasers or their authorised representatives.
  • Prepare and disseminate daily appointment schedules to relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external parties to facilitate smooth handover processes.
  • Perform general administrative and coordination duties.

Others:
Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $2,500
