This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on operational excellence professional to drive business transformation, improve manufacturing performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
The Role
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for operational and process improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement projects that deliver measurable operational, financial, and customer outcomes.
- Analyse business processes and implement sustainable improvement strategies.
- Lead Lean and operational excellence initiatives through training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement.
- Establish frameworks and best practices to support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.
The Talent
- Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, or business transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, or other improvement methodologies.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across different levels of the organisation.
- Hands-on, data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- Six Sigma certification will be an advantage.
