Responsibilities
Team Introduction As one of the company's functional departments, the HRM Department has supported ByteDance's growth from a startup into a global company with over 100,000 employees. Guided by its mission Unleash talent potential and inspire organizational vitality, the department consistently builds the company in the aspects of organization, talent and culture with a product-driven approach, fueling business growth. Responsibilities - Deep dive into global contingent workforce policies and laws, analyze impacts, and provide strategic recommendations - Develop and optimize global contingent workforce management policies and systems to ensure business compliance and development - Support with global business departments, provide workforce management plan, assist in planning, and ensure the implementation of employment needs - Establish a risk control system, review business compliance, and avoid employment risks - Maintain external cooperative relationships, coordinate internal departments, and promote business collaboration - Analyze workforce data, generate reports, and assist in high-level decision-making.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above - Proven track record managing workforce programs across APAC, EMEA, AMS, and China Mainland, with demonstrated success in scaling compliant policies across multiple jurisdictions. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and contingent workforce best practices demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings, compliance improvements, or efficiency gains through workforce strategies. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English (verbal and written). Preferred Qualifications - Strong logical and structural thinking skills, capable of designing solutions and analyzing data - Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to adapt to fast-paced work - Majors in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
