Overview of the role:
GTI Media Singapore is looking for a Content Writer Intern to be part of a dynamic team to deliver quality content for our online, print and social media platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Write and edit articles for online and print publishing platforms.
- Proofread and copy-edit articles queued for publishing.
- Creating new content or repackaging existing content for online content marketing.
- Contribute to the planning and conception of new online and print content.
- Assisting in the production of company marketing materials in both print and online mediums.
- Conducting research on local employment trends and graduate preferences to fill knowledge gaps.
Job Requirements:
- Candidates from all majors or disciplines are welcome.
- An excellent grasp of the English language. The ability to interview sources over the phone or face-to-face. The ability to write and edit quickly on deadline without compromising on quality.
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and the initiative to work independently.
- Past experience working with published media is a huge advantage, though not a must-have.
- An eye for good magazine and web design, or knowledge of online writing best practices is a significant advantage.
