About the Role

As a Creative Strategist, you will work closely with the founders to support the strategy, development, and execution of our content and events. You'll play a key role in shaping interviews, sourcing interesting people, and helping bring WWB's shoots and storytelling to life.

Responsibilities

• Support in-person shoots as part of the crew (setup, behind-the-scenes support, managing flow on set)
• Source potential interviewees — founders, creatives, and individuals with compelling stories
• Help brainstorm content ideas, themes, and storytelling angles
• Develop interview questions and conversation guides
• Lead or assist pre-production planning, scheduling, and creative coordination
• Brainstorm and execute event ideas for community events

What We Are Looking For

• Current university or polytechnic students (preferrably with a background in Media or Communications), or young creatives with strong interest in storytelling.
• Able to commit part-time, with availability for in-person shoots in Singapore
• Must be currently based in Singapore
• Passionate about people, conversations, and real human stories
• Comfortable communicating, reaching out to guests, or ideating around interviews
• Creative, proactive, and willing to take initiative
• No prior experience required — curiosity and drive matter more
