The curation team members are the tour guides. Welcoming new users and helping them discover where they belong and in the process supporting the growth of smaller unknown communities. As a member of this team, you will help improve companies content understanding and make a big impact on content experiences across

Role Description:

Focusing on Thailand you will map by contextualizing and identifying relationships between subreddits and posts based on culture, trends, audience, genre and/or theme. You will create categories and label subreddits and posts to improve content understanding, resulting in better ML recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with country growth lead to implement their content strategy.
• Drive understanding of different communities, content and audiences in Thailand
• Understand policy and labeling guidelines and execute accurate labels based on those guidelines.
• Content labeling (maintaining the accuracy and coverage of our community topics and ratings).
• QA of Machine Learning results and creation of data-sets for Machine Learning training.
• Identifying common patterns in datasets and document insights based on labeling observations.
