Job Description:

We are looking for a creative-first individual to help us explore the boundaries of AI-assisted storytelling. You will work closely with our product team to define the creative standards for the next generation of digital media.

Job description: Content Creation (60%)

● Conceptualize: Design compelling story arcs, character identities, and thematic structures for digital media.

● Direct AI Models: Craft high-level creative directives to guide generative models toward specific artistic styles, tones, and moods.

● Content Assembly: Produce polished, media segments (1–3 minutes) by curating and synthesizing various created components.

● Creative Iteration: Refine outputs through precise stylistic adjustments, focusing on pacing, aesthetic feel, and the selection of the best possible takes. Quality Evaluation (25%)

● Rate AI-generated content against human-produced benchmarks on: emotional impact, visual coherence, voice naturalness, pacing, narrative hook strength

● Identify failure modes: uncanny valley moments, continuity breaks, dialogue that feels off, visual artifacts

● Maintain a quality log documenting what works, what doesn't, and patterns in output quality

● Participate in blind A/B evaluations comparing contents from difference sources Tool Feedback (15%)

● Document friction points, bugs, and workflow bottlenecks

● Suggest new features or adjustments

● Help define what good enough looks like for AI-generated content

● Share stylistic techniques and prompting shortcuts with the broader creative community.

Qualification:

Strong storytelling instinct — you understand narrative structure, pacing, cliffhangers, and emotional beats Comfort with AI tools — you've used ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or similar generative AI tools and are excited (not intimidated) by them Visual sensibility — you can evaluate whether a generated scene looks right, feels natural, maintains character consistency Attention to detail — you notice when something is slightly off (wrong lip sync, inconsistent lighting, unnatural dialogue)

Top 3 non-negotiable must-have skills:

• At least 2-3 years of content creation specifically videos of Novels, Comics, Webtoons etc for either personal Social Media or Corporate. We will consider mini-influencers with 100-1000 followers and at least 1 viral video of >10,000 views. This video should be a form of story-telling video, not a product advertisement.

• Well-versed in social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X .

• Strong passion in AI-assisted creations
